Laiterie Coralis has taken advantage of its suburban location, valuing its geographical proximity with its producers, but also with its consumers: it has woven a genuine link between town and country. Laiterie Coralis uses this exceptional asset to optimize the milk collection rounds at the farm, packaging operations, and local shop distribution.

Despite the growing commercial success of its dairy products, Laiterie Coralis maintains its very local business practices: with milk collected in a radius of 40 km around the Laiterie, we assure our consumers a double guarantee: only very fresh milk is used to produce our dairy products; and a permanent concern to preserve the environment.

Our milk is collected directly from selected members of the Cooperative, every two days, in a maximum radius of 40 km around Cesson Sevigné. Each dairy farmer milks his cows twice daily, automatically filling a refrigerated tank which contains from 2 000 to 5 000 liters of milk. This tank, located near the stable, is collected every other day by one of the 16 dairy drivers of Laiterie Coralis. The milk journey from the cow to the UHT milk brick takes a maximum of 72h.

Close to its producers, close to its consumers, Laiterie Coralis proves how it is

  • Committed to the sustainable economic development of its local territory;
  • Involved in an environmental approach; and
  • Committed to the satisfaction of its customers.
