High Tech Processing Facilities

  • Very high hygienic regime at the dairy
  • A proven reliable UHT treatment, preserving nutritional values of the milk:
  • The milk is pasteurised at 80°C for 20 seconds within minutes of arriving at the dairy
  • It is then sterilised at 140°C for 2 seconds to obtain UHT milk
  • The treatment is designed to give long-life to the milk while preserving the proteins and vitamins contained in the milk
  • An on-site laboratory checks each production batch before shipment from the facilities 

A Premium Quality Milk

Smooth milk with great taste
  • The dairy uses special processes to respect as much as possible the raw milk it receives from the producers, resulting in a smoother, more tasty, more digestible – and yet more stable – milk
 
Indirect heating process
  • Keeps higher nutritional values than the direct heating method used by the majority of dairies in France
  • Better treatment of lactose, which results in a more digestible milk. A serious advantage for sales in Asia, which consumers in Hong Kong recognise instantly while tasting our milk
 
Only part-homogenised milk
  • The milk is not 100% homogenised, unlike at most competitors. This results in a more savoury milk A very stable milk
  • The French benchmark for consumer complaints per million of litres sold remains at around 2 in France, year after year. Our dairy achieves the remarkable “complain rate” of just 0.3, about 7 times below the national average
