PREMIUM QUALITY MILK

Milk Safety​

  • 100% antibiotic free: Animals are provided with space and adequate ventilations at the farms, avoiding animals to be sick. Strict antibiotics test are conducted on every milk shipments received at the dairy;

  • 100% pure: there is only milk in L’Orée du Jour milk bricks. No preservatives or additives added;

  • GMO and pesticides free: over 90% of cows feeds are produced at each individual farm level, reducing the impact on the environment due to transport while ensuring full traceability of the feeds;

  • No growth hormone : L’Orée du Jour milk contains no growth hormone;

A milk produced with special attention​

Cows are fully traced from birth

  • The vast majority of cows supplying milk to Laiterie Coralis were actually born on the farms where they produce milk

 
Farm remains at human scale

  • herds ranging from 50 to 150 cows maximum

 
Traditional Cows

  • The herds supplying milk to Laiterie Coralis are composed of Holstein cows. Holstein is a traditional breed of cows which has been used for more than 100 years in milk production in France

  • The small size of the farms mean that farmers usually keep a personal link with each animal: this reduces animal stress and helps produce consistently high quality milk.
